To activate it you can go to the Ferrara TUA operations office (Kennedy Street 6/8 – 44122 Ferrara).

Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. – Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

It is possible to make payment by bank transfer, ATM and credit cards. The offices are not equipped with an in-house cash register so cash and/or bank and bank drafts cannot be accepted for payment .

At the end of the procedure you will receive credentials to access your account.

If you are already registered you can access your account.

Once you are logged in you can:

– Access your profile
– Access invoices
– Renew subscription

You can renew your subscription online.

Or directly at our Front Office.

The service runs from the 20th of the current month until the fourth-to-last day of the month.

Once the preemption time has expired, you will have to visit our Front Office again to reactivate it.
